CARMICHAEL, CA (MPG) - Chautauqua Playhouse will present “The Fire Queen vs the Frozen North”,  a sequel to “The Fire Queen vs the Evil Witch” by Barret Chew, opening on March 9th at the Playhouse.  The show will run on Saturdays at 1:00 pm through March 23. The performances are held at the Chautauqua Playhouse, 5325 Engle Road in the La Sierra Community Center in Carmichael.  Admission is $8-10 for general seating.

Queen Alina receives a mysterious letter from the Frozen North about a blizzard that plagues their lands. So Alina, Lena, and Myron, along with the narrator travel north to confront the baffling new problem. Will they be able to fix it before it's too late? Stay tuned.
