SACRAMENTO, CA (MPG) - American River College Baseball standouts Jayden Reynolds (Bella Vista) and Dylan Westbrook (Oak Ridge) earned 2025 first team All-BIG 8 Conference honors it was announced on April 30. 

Reynolds, who was second team All-Conference last season was second in the conference with 37 hits in 24 game this season. He hit .352 in conference play with 16 runs batted in (RBI).  The sophomore second base (2B) also made just five errors on the season. 

Westbrook was named first team All-BIG 8 Conference as a utility player for his work as an outfielder and as a pitcher.  The freshman hit .338 in 22 conference games and was second in BIG 8 Conference play with five home runs. Westbrook also had 15 runs batted in and had more walks (16) than strikeouts (13).  On the mound he was one to three with a save in conference play with a 4.46 earned run average (ERA).

Sophomore Right Fielder (RF) Jonas Dyas (Folsom) and freshmen First Base (1B) Lance Sabatke (River City), Third Base (3B) Bryce Sabatke (River City), Designated Hitter (DH) Jackson Nichols (Valley Christian) and Out Field (OF) Rylan Pope (McClatchy) earned honorable mention for their BIG 8 Conference performances this season.
