Touch the hearts of our local senior citizens with your donation of homemade Valentine’s Day cards.  This is a perfect activity to do with all of your friends and family.  Deliver your creations between now and February 3rd at any of the 19 participating business drop off locations including Luz Johnson LPL Financial, Grocery Outlet Orangevale, Badfish Coffee, The Orangevale-Fair Oaks Food Bank, Rebel Rhythm Cycle, The Paisley Café, Palm Tree Brewing, Katie Yount State Farm Agent, Shangri-la, The Moth Hole, Bloomingdeals and La Placita; just to name a few. Just look for the big decorated box!

Last year, Helping Hands OV collected over 4,200 homemade valentines and this year have the ambitious goal of collecting 4,500!  With the partnership between Helping Hands OV and Rose Senior Placement, these cards again will be distributed in preparation for the holiday to care homes and assisted living facilities in Orangevale, Fair Oaks and outlying areas.
