SACRAMENTO, CA (MPG) - Community Care Hubs are regional pop-up community resource fairs organized across various schools and locations within San Juan Unified School District. These events are designed to bring essential resources and support services directly to our families and students.

At each Community Care Hub event, local San Juan Unified departments and community partners are invited to host information tables to share valuable information and offer resources to attendees. The event's goal is to help address the important needs of our diverse community. 

Community Care Hubs will take place on the following dates and locations: 

Oct. 3 from 3 to 5:30 p.m. at Starr King K-8 School

Oct. 10 from 3 to 5:30 p.m. at San Juan High School

Oct. 24 from 3 to 5:30 p.m. at El Camino Fundamental High School
