SACRAMENTO REGION, CA (MPG) – The public is invited to a free “Safe Kids, Safe Schools” Self-Defense Demonstration from noon to 1:30 p.m. Oct. 12 at Family Tae Kwon Do Plus in Citrus Heights.

The demonstration, including self-defense tips, is by Martin Ross (Black Belt) and honors the legacy of endorser and Taekwondo Grandmaster Clint Robinson.

The Safe Kids, Safe Schools is designed for children, families and seniors. Free back-to-school materials will be available.

Demos will also be given by Family Tae Kwon Do Plus.

Citrus Heights City Councilmember Porsche Middleton will present a city award/proclamation.
