CARMICHAEL, CA (MPG) – On Feb. 4, Capt. Robert "Seph " Coats from Carmichael presented awards to the U.S. Navy Band musicians serving at the Washington Navy Yard. The award ceremony was part of an all-hands meeting in the historic sail loft at the Washington Navy Yard.

The U.S. Navy Band performs concerts and ceremonies in the Washington Capital region and on tours nationwide.
