SACRAMENTO REGION, CA (MPG) - Constitution Discussion Groups (CDGs) of Sacramento, Placer and El Dorado counties are delighted to announce their upcoming Constitution Day Celebration on Sept. 21.
For the third year, this event marks a significant occasion as we honor and reflect on the enduring principles of our nation’s foundational document, which belongs to all of us.
Scheduled to take place at Fair Oaks VFW, 8990 Kruitof Way in Fair Oaks at Pheonix Park near Hazel Avenue and Sunset Avenue from noon to 4 p.m. Sept. 21, the Constitution Day Celebration promises an engaging program designed to foster understanding and appreciation for the United States Constitution. Participants will have the opportunity to engage in thoughtful discussions, explore key constitutional topics, and celebrate the legacy of this historic document.
“We are thrilled to host this nonpartisan event in commemoration of Constitution Day,” said Kaye Lynn Peterson, organizer of the Sacramento Constitution Discussion Groups. “It is a chance for our community to come together, learn from each other, and reaffirm our commitment to the principles that shape our Constitutional Republic.”
