CARMICHAEL, CA (MPG) - A Carmichael enterprise is the latest of five Sacramento companies established by Sacramento auto-entrepreneur Waseem Nazir. 

Nazir, 42, started Luxe Auto Center last year in partnership with cousin Turab Bukhari. The co-owners recently celebrated membership of the Carmichael Chamber of Commerce.

Waseem and Turab’s mission statement, “Revving up Excellence, One Car at a Time,” can be delivered in many tongues at their El Camino Avenue shop. In addition to English and Spanish, seven languages are spoken on site.

“If we can’t understand you,” said Turab, “we’ll quickly find someone who can.”

Sons of Pakistani immigrants, Turab and Waseem were raised in Sacramento and shared a love of business.

“Our parents were close," said Turab, 27. "We were always neighbors and Naseem was my mentor. He influenced me to follow him in getting a master’s degree in business, and in being interested in cars."

A Tesla Cybertruck is the auto-inclined cousins' latest accessory. The futuristic man-toy makes an adventure of every errand. 

“People honk," Turab said. "It sure gets a lot of attention. We often get high-end vehicles to work on but there aren’t too many Cybertrucks around here.

"It’s so powerful, we haul heavy parts in the trunk," he added. "It can even tow a car. The Cybertruck is the handiest work vehicle we have. And our kids just love riding in it.”
