WEST SACRAMENTO, CA (MPG) – On Aug. 17, Minor League Baseball announced the Player and Pitcher of the Week Awards for Aug. 10-16.

Outfielder Bo Davidson earned the honor for the Triple-A Pacific Coast League. Davidson batted .560 (14-for-25) with three doubles, four home runs, 12 RBI, two walks and a 1.767 OPS from Aug. 10-16. He led all of Triple-A in batting average (min. 15 AB), as well as hits and total bases (29), and was second in home runs and RBI.

In the series finale vs. Las Vegas on Sunday, Aug. 16, Davidson went 4-for-5, knocking two home runs – including a grand slam – and two doubles, batting in eight runners. It was the third time this season a Triple-A player has had an eight-RBI game, and the second time in recorded franchise history (also, Osleivis Basabe, Sept. 18, 2025).

It also marked the 15th time this season a Triple-A player has recorded four extra-base-hits in a game this season, as well as the ninth time in recorded franchise history and first since Armando Alvarez did so on July 28, 2023.

Davidson is batting .450 (18-for-40) with five doubles, four home runs, 15 RBI, three walks, an .875 slugging percentage and a 1.375 OPS in his last 10 games with Sacramento since August 6, compared to .065 (2-for-31) with five RBI, seven walks, two stolen bases and a .315 OPS in the nine prior to that from July 26-Aug. 5.

Bo was promoted from Double-A Richmond to Triple-A Sacramento over the All-Star break, making his Triple-A debut on July 17.
