Representative Ami Bera, M.D. (CA-06) announced on July 16 that the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) awarded a $2.5-million federal grant to the Carmichael Water District to support the construction of the Ladera Aquifer Storage and Recovery (ASR) Well Project.
