NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness) El Dorado FREE 8-session course for family, friends, and significant others of adults with mental health conditions provides information on diagnoses, treatment, communication strategies, problem-solving, and recovery. The course is designed to increase undertanding and advocacy skills while helping participants maintain their own well being.
